Order Processing
All orders placed through Halo Filters are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times begin after order processing is completed, not at the time the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Amazon Fulfillment
Because orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network, your package may:

Ship from different fulfillment centers across the United States

Arrive in multiple shipments if items are fulfilled separately
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment confirmation is sent.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Halo Filters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help customers work with the carrier to locate missing deliveries.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

Confirming with neighbors or household members

Waiting up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early

Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Because orders are processed quickly through Amazon’s fulfillment system, we cannot guarantee address changes, cancellations, or modifications once an order has been placed.
