Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Products that show signs of excessive use, misuse, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Amazon Fulfillment
Orders placed through Halo Filters may be fulfilled by Amazon through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Depending on the return type and fulfillment method, returns may be processed through Amazon’s return network or through Halo Filters directly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@halofilters.com with:

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the original order (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
